Must have at least 5-8 Years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing transitions for SAP Application Maintenance and support or Transition for an Implementation engagement. Must have at least 4-5 years of Hands-on Experience in SAP AMS or SAP Implementations on any 1 SAP Module (SD, MM, FICO, PP, HCM/payroll etc.) or should have at least 6-7 Yrs. of experience in providing ABAP or Basis Support/ Implementations. Should have good understanding any atleast one of the key end to end processes like O2C, P2P, Plan to Load, Record to Report, Hire to Retire SAP architecture and module level integration. Must have good understanding of ITIL V3 basic processes such as Incident, Problem and Change Management Must be proficient in transition management processes and should have demonstrated ability to manage a client facing role in the past. Responds to proposals by preparing a customer specific Transition solution and participate Roles & Responibilities
Individual has in depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice area and overview of 2-3 other areas. Individual hndles solution definition/ fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. In case of domain consultant individual requres high level of Business Analysis skills and may have 7-8 BAs reporting into the individual. In case of Technical Consultant theindividual is subject matter expert and may work with functional and Technical Leads and Architects to contribute in solution defintion.
